it may seem like just any other day, but you can use this chance to let your mind "reset" in a way we have days and name our days. imo life isn't meant to be lived in a continuous string where we are conscious and unconscious. you very much become an animal this way. set some goals, do new things, meet more people, break up your calendar into smaller chunks. each chunk allows your mind to refresh itself, and to give yourself another chance at things
