Cho hết phần bột năng và bột cacao đã chuẩn bị vào to lớn để dễ trộn. Đổ từ từ ít nước sôi vào hỗn hợp. Dùng muỗng trộn đều đến khi hỗn hợp kết thành cục bột.
Khi cục bột nguội, dùng tay nhồi đến khi cục bột dẻo, mịn. Lấy ít bột vo thành từng viên nhỏ như những hạt trân châu thường thấy. Rồi lấy ít bột áo lên để chúng không dính lại với nhau.
Nấu nước sôi và thả những viên trân châu vừa nặn vào luộc. Canh 7-8 phút, thử xem trân châu đã vừa độ dai chưa rồi vớt ra.
Vớt trân châu ra và xả lại với nước lạnh để không bị dính. Đổ hết phần đường đã chuẩn bị vào cho trân châu có bị ngọt.
Những hạt trân châu có thể làm topping cho món chè hay trà sữa thần thánh đều rất lý tưởng nhé! Nên dùng trong ngày. Bảo quản bằng tủ lạnh trân châu sẽ cứng, không còn đúng vị dai như cũ.
